Exchanges, Refunds or Replacements
All products sold through this website are customized and cannot be returned for a refund or credit. All custom order products are non-returnable/non-refundable, if there is a problem with your order such as incorrect spelling or incorrect product deliver, please send us an email at sewelegantembroidery7@gmail.com.
Cancellations
All orders are considered “firm” when placed. No cancellations on finished merchandise are accepted. Cancellations made prior to production are permitted, subject to charges for artwork in progress, completed custom digitizing and return of merchandise acquired including all restocking fees and shipping costs incurred by Sew Elegant Embroidery Designs.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through either UPS or USPS. Tracking will be sent to the email address listed on the order once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for the tracking results displayed by the carriers nor are we responsible for the availability of said services.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary according to the method of shipment that you select during checkout. Our processing time is 7-10 business days. Tracking is provided via email when the order ships. Custom order designs can take longer 14-28 business days. Please keep in mind the delivery times when placing your order. Delivery usually takes approximately 3-4 business days, and some locations between 5-7 business days.
Damage during transit
Sew Elegant Embroidery Designs is not responsible for reimbursement of item(s) that are damaged during transit. We take appropriate measures to ensure that the product(s) we ship to you are properly packaged, secured and protected prior to shipping. In addition, USPS and UPS provides insurance up to $100, we suggest going through them for reimbursement.
Trademarks, Logos and Copyrights
All the logos and trademarks are registered trademarks and logos of their respective owners and copyright holders. They are provided only as a convenience for their lawful use, and should be used only by owner of the logo or trademark, authorized agents or affiliates, with proper permission from the copyright holders.
Any customer of Sew Elegant Embroidery Designs represents and warrants to Sew Elegant Embroidery Designs that he or she has the unrestricted right to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name, photograph, portrait, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the merchandise ordered by the customer. All customers must agree to defend, indemnify and hold Sew Elegant Embroidery Designs harmless from any claims, suits or actions alleging that the merchandise ordered by the customer violates or infringes upon any rights of any third party.
All customers are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed. To use any logo, trademark or copyrighted items, a customer MUST have written permission from the owner of the logo or trademark or copyright, or be an employee or authorized agent or affiliate of the owner.
Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sew Elegant Embroidery Designs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Sew Elegant Embroidery Designs, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Customer’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Customer, or other user of the Service using Customer’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
Modifications and Discontinuation of Service
Sew Elegant Embroidery Designs reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Customer. Sew Elegant Embroidery Designs shall not be liable to Customer or any third party should Sew Elegant Embroidery Designs exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Customer acknowledges and accepts that Sew Elegant Embroidery Designs does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
