Do you create custom embroidery?
Yes. We accept all custom logos for embroidery. Please upload your logo in either JPG, JPEG or PNG format and we will let you know if your logo is suitable for embroidery or not.
All logos needs to be digitized before embroidery and there is a digitizing fee. This fee is subject to change depending on the complexity of the logo.
What kinds of goods do you embroider?
We embroider on hats, dress shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, bags, pants, and a variety other types of goods. This list is not exhaustive, please contact us with whatever you want embroidered.
Do you do 3D embroidery?
Yes. We can certainly do 3D or “Puff” embroidery. We do not accept your digitized files for 3D embroidery. We must create them ourselves.
Do you make hats?
Yes we do. Please visit our store for standard hats that can be ordered. For custom orders please send us an email or select this link.
I don’t have a logo, can you create a logo for me?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We can create simple logos for an additional charge, however, complex custom logos require a professional artist.

What is included in the cost of custom embroidery?
These are costs that you need to be aware of when ordering custom embroidery: digitizing fee ($30 and up for custom logos), embroidery cost (based on the number of stitches), garment cost, additional placement cost and shipping cost.
What are the setup/digitizing fee?
The digitizing fee ranges depending on the complexity of the logo, but starts at $30. This is a one time setup fee and will remain on file for future orders.
I already have my digitized file, would you accept it?
No, we do not accept digitized files.
How much does it cost for custom orders?
Each order is unique, the pricing depends on the complexity of the logo and the stitch count. Please email us at sewelegantembroidery7@gmail.com for pricing.
Is there a charge for multiple placements?
Yes. If you need multiple placements, please select the add – on.
Is there a minimum order requirement for custom orders?
Yes. We require a minimum of 12 items per order.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Rush jobs are possible for both embroidery but the typical timeline is 14-20 business days. We need that time to place orders with our suppliers, allow for inbound shipping time, work with you on your art and proofs, embroider your your garments, and then post-production folding and packaging.
If I am paying an embroidery digitizing fee, do I get a copy of the file?
No. The embroidery digitizing fee is paying for a service we provide to you. The digital file we purchase or create is for our use with our equipment and remains our intellectual property.
